While we employ trained professionals and maintain high standards of pet care, we do not guarantee specific outcomes regarding grooming results, behavioral changes, or health improvements. We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, behavioral issues, or loss of pets that occur during boarding, day care, or grooming services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snuggle Station shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, products, or facilities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
